Boot Camp Lite is 8 weeks of exercise, circuit training, cardio, obstacle courses and relays to include kayak and paddle board relays in the lake! It meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 PM for 1 hour. It is non-competitive, meaning their is no scoring, group competition, responsibilities or requirements other than to challenge yourself, have fun and get healthy! Pay cash in person and save $10!
