This is a 5 day workout to best burn fat. To be used in conjunction with a reasonable non processed food diet with 60% carbs/20% Protein and 20% healthy fats ( think fish oil / olive oil / safflower oil / canola oil / coconut oil) in a reasonable caloric range for you. Consistency is the get going now! You have nothing to lose but fat!
